Self-propelled electric scissor lift operating procedures

1. The lifting platform has been inspected and debugged before leaving the factory, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. When using it, it only needs to be connected to the power supply, and the hydraulic and electrical systems do not need to be adjusted.

2. Before using the platform, carefully check the hydraulic and electrical systems, and use it only after there is no leakage or naked leakage.

3. When the lifting platform is in use, the four outriggers should be firmly supported on a solid ground (subject to the fact that the walking wheels will leave the ground). If necessary, sleepers can be used.

4. The lifting platform can be operated with load after 1-3 dry runs.

5. The center of gravity of the load should be at the center of the workbench as much as possible.

6. The movable doors at both ends of the protective railing should be closed and locked before working.

7. When in use, tighten the knob of the oil return valve clockwise, push the handle of the manual reversing valve down to the neutral position, start the motor to make the system work, then pull the reversing handle to the lifting position, the platform lifts, and reaches the desired position. When the height is adjusted, push the reversing handle to the neutral position, the lifting platform will stop rising, and at the same time turn off the motor to start working. When descending, loosen the oil return valve (rotate counterclockwise) and the platform can descend by its own weight. (Note: the motor cannot be reversed)

8. When using a manual pump, firstly tighten the oil return valve knob clockwise, push the handle to the neutral position, and press the handle platform to lift. When descending, loosen the oil return valve and the platform descends.

Precautions for the use of self-propelled electric scissor lift

1. The electric lifting platform must be placed on a solid and flat ground to prevent it from tipping over during work.

2. Work according to the load specified on the nameplate, and overloading is strictly prohibited. In emergency situations, a maximum of 10% short-term overload is allowed.

3. Try to distribute the weight evenly in the center of the table. In special cases, partial load is allowed: the load of longitudinal partial load shall not exceed 1/2 of the rated load, and the lateral partial load shall not exceed 1/3 of the rated load. Offset loads must be approximately 300mm away from the edge of the table.

4. Materials that are easy to roll, such as pipes, must be blocked or bundled properly.

5. It is strictly forbidden to carry people on the lifting platform without manned protection. Lifts for people are equipped with railings and anti-crack valves. The anti-crack valve prevents accidents where the oil pipe breaks and the table falls uncontrollably.

6. When the electric lifting platform is working, prevent hands, feet and clothes from being squeezed.

7. Press the "Up" or "Down" button to make the table rise and fall. If the workbench does not move, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

8. If the lifting platform does not rise and the overflow valve whistles, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Otherwise, the oil pump can quickly overheat and suffer severe damage. The overflow valve is used to protect the safety of the machine and the operator, and cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.

9. Only when the workbench stops moving can the heavy objects be unloaded.
